The Problem

You made gains.
But at what cost?

I’m speaking to a specific athlete, but if this sounds anything like you, listen up.

  • You practice, lift weights, do plyometrics, and still feel pain coming back.
  • Now you have jumper's knee, ankle injuries, or other chronic issues.
  • Mobility routines and physiotherapy “kinda work,” but only for the symptoms.
  • You reduce volume, take a break, come back, and flare up again.
  • You are tired of feeling held back from your full athletic potential.

The pain loop is frustrating.

You're told to manage your volume. Keep lifting, just less. Do isometrics. Take a break from playing. Then you play again, and it flares up the first day back.

You do mobility routines and physiotherapy for the symptoms. That “kinda works” but doesn't, and the pain returns. This road eventually leads to surgery, injections, and joint replacements.

Nobody told me to build the foundation first.

This is the path most athletes end up on. I was on it too — I know how it feels. Back pain was crippling and left me in a dark place.

I'm not talking about bulletproofing your joints. It's not just a physical foundation. It's a structural and neurological one.

Most training is built for the top 1%.

Most strength coaches base their programs on the NBA player — the top 1% genetic anomaly who can handle that type of load. They have the foundation already. They're literally built different.

When we try to emulate these athletes, we get hurt. This was me over and over during my college and pro career.

I had to rebuild from the ground up.

After my back injury on Christmas break during my season overseas, I had to find another way. It was my career on the line.

I finished the season as the number one attacker in the league. And we won. Best experience of my life.

If you're still reading this, it’s for you.

Now I'm helping my brothers and sisters do the same, because everyone should be able to play the sport they love without suffering from chronic pain. Especially when we’re young.

So I called my program the Explosive Foundation. Fill out the form and book a call. If I think it’s a good fit and I can help you, we can continue with the program. If not, I’ll give you a personalized strategy and wish you well. I won’t hard sell you, I promise.

It just makes logical sense to build yourself from the ground up.
If your feet aren’t doing any work, the chain isn’t properly linked together.
Days where I feel connected through my feet, those were always my best game and training days.
When my feet are asleep, so is my body and mind.
I can feel the difference 100% in my feet after training. They feel fatigued.
I think this training is great for younger athletes especially, so they can learn body awareness.
